Getting a Haircut: NK Salon

Getting a hair cut is a tedious process. I think of what to do with the hair, think of where to go, try to find some recommendations on good (and not too expensive) salons, then give up and trim my own hair. The same cycle every time.

Finally got a trim that’s not in my own bathroom, thanks to a friend who had a package she bought but didn’t use.

NK, Serangoon NEX.

The hair stylist clipped my hair up, and I realized I like the look of the two “feelers” down my forehead. Oh the things I think about when restricted to a chair.

Her cut started much earlier. So this is how I look to the person next to me.

One of us got an extensive “makeover”.

Trim, complete! Fuss-free. The hair stylist (I forgot to ask his name) had quite a sense of humor, but didn’t make too much small talk. I appreciate that.

The price-list. For future reference.

Lunch after, with the colleague-friends. Edamame.

Off to work.

All in a day.

I’m content.
